THREE RIVERS SOUTH
Three Rivers South, once known as South Bend, is a community located just south of Sunriver, Oregon. This diverse community was named for the Little Deschutes, Big Deschutes, and Fall Rivers that meander through this high Cascade Mountain Valley and is surrounded by the Deschutes National Forest. Three Rivers South has an array of larger homesites as well as smaller acreages. Some properties are on the river and some, in fact, have their very own dock.
